JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Duties:
  • Participate in business trips across the North – Central – South regions of Vietnam to meet customers, and to China to work with partners.

  • Conduct market research and analysis: monitor trends in the solar energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) industries in Vietnam and regional markets (Southeast Asia, Asia) to identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyze current and potential competitors; propose marketing solutions to increase product market coverage and brand visibility.

  • Work with foreign suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient import–export processes.

  • Develop short-term and long-term plans, programs, and work content related to coordination between the Sales Department and other relevant departments.

  • Advise the Board of Directors on monthly sales targets.

  • Build and develop a BESS distribution network.

Other Duties:
  • Cooperate, support, and work closely with Sales Department staff and related company personnel to achieve common goals.

  • Comply strictly with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and Board of Directors within the scope of responsibilities and authority of the Sales Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Male, aged 25–35.

  • College or University graduate (priority given to majors in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Economics, Energy, or Industrial Electrical Engineering and related fields).

  • Fluent English communication (good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills); ability to translate technical documents in renewable energy is a strong advantage. Chinese proficiency is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in market development, B2B sales, or marketing in the green energy sector (preference for experience in solar energy, BESS, or heavy industries).

  • Professional communication skills, presentable appearance, polished and tactful working style.

  • Good health, willing to travel on long business trips domestically or overseas when required.

  • Honest, diligent, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
